If you do not need to provide biometrics and you are submitting your passport or documents at the VAC, the Package Transmission fee will apply to each package

When sending your application by post, please do not forget to enclose a prepaid return envelope to have your passport sent back to you by secure courier.

Please remember to send payment confirmation as part of your application along with your up to date contact details (Phone Number and Email Address)

Important: If 2 copies of completed and signed TT Services Consent Forms are not included with your application or passport submission, we will NOT be able to assist you and your application will be pending until the TT Services Consent Forms are completed and submitted. We will attempt to contact you three times over ten business days to obtain the TT Services Consent Forms, however if it is not received after these attempts your submission will be returned to you.
